Pavan Peechara – President & CEO
Pavan Peechara is the Founder, President of the board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Adaequare Inc. During his professional career, Pavan has lead various IT implementation projects in the capacity of Consultant, Applications Development Lead and Systems Analyst and has held multiple positions as Technology Consultant, Technical Resource Manager, Vice President – Operations, Vice President – IT Services at various global organizations.
Before founding Adaequare, Pavan also had a brief entrepreneurial stint as Vice President - Business Development at ICSA Inc, a small technology services company. His primary role was to devise and execute a growth strategy for the company. He also successfully founded a highly profitable Infrastructure company in 1997 before passing it on to the family.
He is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect and holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Ranjith Chamala – Principle Engineering- Technology and Delivery
Ranjith Chamala oversees all Operations and Client relationship management for Adaequare’s IT consulting, offshore engagements and Excellor training portfolio apart from heading Microsoft Center of Excellence. Ranjith comes with a strong technology background and thorough understanding of IT business operations. He has broad experience in product development & management. Throughout his career, he has delivered complex systems in both offshore/onsite models.
Before joining Adaequare, Ranjith has worked as a Senior Project manager at Larsen and Toubro Information technology in India, executing projects for clients like Hitachi, Japan and Motorola, USA. Ranjith had been a core team member helping Larsen and Toubro InfoTech successfully setting up their offshore development centers for Hitachi and Motorola.
Ranjith holds a Bachelors of Technology in Electronics and Communication engineering from Gulbarga University, India
Naveen Mamidi – Vice President – Customer Relations
Naveen Mamidi oversees Offshore division of Adaequare in Hyderabad, India. Naveen specializes in solution rendering, presales, account management, large program management and delivery management in offshore/onsite engagement models. During his professional tenure, Naveen has helped various companies functionally set up their onsite/offshore business models for delivery. Naveen’s varied experience across various domains has given him a blend of both business process experience as well as technical expertise. Naveen has over 13 years of experience working in the field of Business Intelligence & Data warehousing platforms.
Before joining Adaequare, Naveen has worked with Mafatlal, Magma Solutions, Satyam, Ford Motors in various responsible positions.
Naveen holds a Bachelor's of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Bangalore University, India
Krishna Veerathu – Vice President – Products & CEO Udyog
Krishna Veerathu leads the Products division of Adaequare apart from heading its subsidiary Udyog Software (India) Limited. As CEO of Udyog Software, Krishna is spearheading transformation of Udyog into a complete taxation and statutory compliance management company. As VP-Products of Adaequare, Krishna is actively involved in integrating Udyog taxation knowledge with Adaequare’s product engineering expertise to build next generation products offered on a SaaS platform.
Before joining Adaequare, Krishna has 16 years of experience in managing several Fortune 500 customer engagements like General Electric, Nordstrom, Caterpillar, HBO, Genentech etc for Infosys, Satyam and SoftSol Inc. Krishna has worked on multiple technology platforms ranging from Mainframes to J2EE web applications with specific expertise in application reengineering. Krishna brings with him the ability to build and manage highly motivated and focused teams to deliver innovative solutions to customers on-time and on-budget.
Krishna holds a bachelor degree in engineering from Banaras Hindu University and masters degree in management from Indian Institute of Management - Lucknow
Sudipta Choudhury – Vice President – Enterprise Business Solutions
Sudipta Choudhury is Vice President, Enterprise Business Solutions at Adaequare involved in enterprise and taxation projects. He leads the Enterprise Business Solutions at Udyog Software (India) Limited, a subsidiary of Adaequare. As Senior Vice President in Udyog, he is responsible for developing the enterprise business to take a pioneering position in the Tax automation space. In Adaequare, Sudipta is involved in integrating Udyog’s taxation products with Adaequare’s technical capabilities in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning and building state of the art connector for SAP to Udyog’s taxation products.
Sudipta has about 20 years of total experience in managing several large customer engagements like General Motors, Cisco, and DST from Satyam. In his current role, he is responsible for various engagements with multinationals, large and medium companies like Akzo Nobel, ITC Filtrona, Delphi, DLF, Potain, etc. Sudipta has worked on multiple technology platforms ranging from Enterprise Java (J2EE), PLM and EDI. Sudipta brings with him the ability to build and manage highly motivated and focused teams to deliver critical assignments and projects on time and within budget. He has expertise in the areas of project, program and delivery management and building a practice, and is also PMP and ITIL certified.
Sudipta holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering from REC, Surat (now NIT, Surat) and Masters in Management from Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore.
